THAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,507 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIT, FOSL1, and TRANK1. Each is linked with THAP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP3 versus CIT in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
