THAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-543P, RNU2-47P, and RNA5SP100. Each is linked with THAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP2-to-partner and partner-to-THAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-543P grouped by THAP2-low versus THAP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
