THAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS54, C14orf180, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with THAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP2-to-partner and partner-to-THAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 grouped by THAP2-low versus THAP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
