Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP12P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,935 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP12P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2, IQGAP2, and PLEKHO2. Each is linked with THAP12P5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12P5-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12P5 results are reported.
