THAP12P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP12P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,501 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP12P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF3, ST13P6, and USP37. Each is linked with THAP12P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12P2-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP12P2 versus PHF3 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.18.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP12P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP12P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
