THAP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,739 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, EMSY, and NUMA1. Each is linked with THAP12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP12 versus RSF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
