THAP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBG1, MST1R, and RNA5SP34. Each is linked with THAP12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBG1 grouped by THAP12-low versus THAP12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
