THAP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,580 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, EDC4, and WWP2. Each is linked with THAP11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP11-to-partner and partner-to-THAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP11 versus DHX38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
