THAP11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,304 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT7, RPS3P7, and KIAA0895L. Each is linked with THAP11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP11-to-partner and partner-to-THAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP11 versus PRMT7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
