THAP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P2, LINC02024, and SNORD114-18. Each is linked with THAP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP11-to-partner and partner-to-THAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P2 grouped by THAP11-low versus THAP11-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
