Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,856 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Peptidyl-methionine modification, and Regulation of centromeric sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with THAP11 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP11-to-partner and partner-to-THAP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by THAP11-low versus THAP11-high in SKIN.
