THAP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,240 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, SIN3A, and SMC2. Each is linked with THAP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP10-to-partner and partner-to-THAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP10 versus VEZF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
