THAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1155P, RNU6-220P, and RN7SL849P. Each is linked with THAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP1-to-partner and partner-to-THAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1155P grouped by THAP1-low versus THAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
