Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,754 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interkinetic nuclear migration, Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with THAP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP1-to-partner and partner-to-THAP1 results are reported.
