Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THADA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,509 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, PNO1, and SKA1. Each is linked with THADA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THADA-to-partner and partner-to-THADA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THADA versus KPNA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
