TGS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD4-4, IGHD6-6, and SNORD111B. Each is linked with TGS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGS1-to-partner and partner-to-TGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD4-4 grouped by TGS1-low versus TGS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
