Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGM7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TGM7 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TGM7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGM7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where TGM7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
