TGM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXA1L, CCAR2, and GPHN. Each is linked with TGM7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM7-to-partner and partner-to-TGM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXA1L grouped by TGM7-low versus TGM7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
