The most reproducible TGM7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production, and Chemorepulsion of axon. Each is linked with TGM7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM7-to-partner and partner-to-TGM7 results are reported.
