TGM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 205 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH6, PRAMEF14, and DEFB131B. Each is linked with TGM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM7-to-partner and partner-to-TGM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH6 grouped by TGM7-low versus TGM7-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
