Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGM6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TGM6 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TGM6 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGM6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

STAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TGM6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
