TGM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,519 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-101P, TRPM2, and FCER1A. Each is linked with TGM6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM6-to-partner and partner-to-TGM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-101P grouped by TGM6-low versus TGM6-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
