TGM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLSCR5, FABP9, and IL3. Each is linked with TGM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM6-to-partner and partner-to-TGM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLSCR5 grouped by TGM6-low versus TGM6-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
