TGM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-211P, CHAF1A, and MRPS11. Each is linked with TGM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM4-to-partner and partner-to-TGM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-211P grouped by TGM4-low versus TGM4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
