TGM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,893 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol metabolic process, Positive regulation of extracellular matrix organization, and Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation. Each is linked with TGM4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM4-to-partner and partner-to-TGM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Primary alcohol metabolic process grouped by TGM4-low versus TGM4-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
