TGM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,500 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM200C, NUP188, and RLF. Each is linked with TGM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM4-to-partner and partner-to-TGM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM200C grouped by TGM4-low versus TGM4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
