TGFBRAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBRAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,133 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, MAN1C1, and COLEC12. Each is linked with TGFBRAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBRAP1 versus DCN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
