TGFBR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,570 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMPR2, SYNPO2, and ANKRD13C. Each is linked with TGFBR3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR3-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBR3 versus BMPR2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
