Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBI protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 36,909 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFBI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA4, SERPINF1, and SRPX2. Each is linked with TGFBI in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBI-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBI versus SERPINA4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBI→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
