Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,019 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MACF1, COL5A1, and GARRE1. Each is linked with TGFB2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB2 results are reported.
