TGFB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,569 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFAP1, ENAH, and SULF1. Each is linked with TGFB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFB2 versus AFAP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
