TGFB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYDE1, ISLR, and CLDN11. Each is linked with TGFB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFB2 versus SYDE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
