TGFB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGFB2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,352 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA3, WNK3, and PPP1R3A. Each is linked with TGFB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPFIA3 grouped by TGFB2-low versus TGFB2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
