TGDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,336 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM26, CUL4A, and DIS3. Each is linked with TGDS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGDS-to-partner and partner-to-TGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGDS versus RBM26 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
