Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 564 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3P1, MIR4473, and RNU6-839P. Each is linked with TGDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGDS-to-partner and partner-to-TGDS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTG3P1 grouped by TGDS-low versus TGDS-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
