Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,702 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGDS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, and Sister chromatid biorientation. Each is linked with TGDS in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGDS-to-partner and partner-to-TGDS results are reported.
