TFRC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFRC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,816 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFRC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, IREB2, and SMC4. Each is linked with TFRC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFRC-to-partner and partner-to-TFRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFRC versus EIF4G1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
