TFPT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,014 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F21, DDX43P3, and RNU6-645P. Each is linked with TFPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPT-to-partner and partner-to-TFPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPT versus OR4F21 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
