TFPI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID2, LAMA4, and TNS2. Each is linked with TFPI in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPI versus NID2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
