TFPI

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,268 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ8, TMEM97, and LYVE1. Each is linked with TFPI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPI versus KCNJ8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
