TFPI

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, INPP4B, and Notch1. Each is linked with TFPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI results are reported.
