Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,474 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFPI-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oncostatin-M-mediated signaling pathway, Branching involved in blood vessel morphogenesis, and Death-inducing signaling complex assembly. Each is linked with TFPI in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oncostatin-M-mediated signaling pathway grouped by TFPI-low versus TFPI-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
