Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TFIP11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TFIP11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TFIP11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TFIP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, OV, and READ are the cancer types where TFIP11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
