Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFIP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFIP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRKL, UBAP2L_S416, and RANBP1. Each is linked with TFIP11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TFIP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFIP11 versus CRKL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
