Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFIP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,896 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFIP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, FBXO5, and CENPL. Each is linked with TFIP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TFIP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFIP11 versus EXO1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
