TFIP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFIP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFIP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLBP, ZNF330, and ABHD5. Each is linked with TFIP11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TFIP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLBP grouped by TFIP11-low versus TFIP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
