Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFIP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFIP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3R2, TSPAN16, and LRRC3B. Each is linked with TFIP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TFIP11 results are reported.
