Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,178 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, PLK4, and GOLGB1. Each is linked with TFG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFG-to-partner and partner-to-TFG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFG versus LMNB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
