TFF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,033 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, MUC5B, and MLPH. Each is linked with TFF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF3-to-partner and partner-to-TFF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFF3 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
