TFF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,256 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, TFF1, and SMIM31. Each is linked with TFF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF3-to-partner and partner-to-TFF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFF3 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
